Terms of Participation – Sweepstakes

3 x 2 Day Tickets for the BMW International Open 2026 / 11 June 2026 – 21 June 2026

The sweepstakes is organised by TiCad GmbH & Co KG ("TiCad"), Heegwaldstraße 3-5, 63674 Altenstadt. By participating in the sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms of Participation.

1. Prize and Eligibility

The prize consists of 3 x 2 day tickets for the BMW International Open 2026, redeemable on all tournament days (2 July 2026 – 5 July 2026). You are eligible to participate if you are at least 18 years of age and reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.

2. Participation

You enter the sweepstakes by subscribing to the TiCad newsletter during the sweepstakes period. Participation must take place between 11 June 2026 and 21 June 2026. The purchase of TiCad products does not affect the chances of winning.

3. Selection and Announcement of Winners; Processing

Three winners will be selected at random from all participants. Winners will be notified by TiCad via email and asked to reply with the required personal details (name, address, copy of ID), which must be provided completely, accurately, and truthfully. These details serve to confirm the delivery of the prize.

The notified participants are required to confirm acceptance of the prize within one week of notification. If TiCad does not receive such confirmation within this period, the right to claim the prize will lapse. TiCad reserves the right to select alternative participants by lot and notify them accordingly. The prize will be sent to winners via email.

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxation of the prize.

4. Exclusion

A breach of the Terms of Participation entitles TiCad to exclude the relevant participant from the sweepstakes. This applies in particular if a participant provides false information or if content submitted (e.g. comments) violates applicable law or third-party rights. The same applies to comments that may be considered glorifying violence, offensive, harassing, or degrading, or that otherwise violate generally accepted standards of decency. Handelt es sich bei dem ausgeschlossenen Teilnehmer um einen bereits ausgelosten Gewinner, kann der Gewinn nachträglich aberkannt und zurück gefordert werden. If an excluded participant has already been drawn as a winner, the prize may be revoked and reclaimed.

5. Early Termination and Amendments

TiCad reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes at any time, even without notice, in whole or in part, or to amend it during its course, if a proper execution of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram).

6. Data Protection

Participation in the sweepstakes requires the submission of personal data. You warrant that the personal information you provide is truthful and accurate. Personal data transmitted in the course of participation will be stored, processed, and used by TiCad, the cooperation partner, and any third parties engaged in the delivery of the prize solely for the purpose of conducting and processing the sweepstakes, and will subsequently be deleted.

Unless explicit consent has been given, your data will not be disclosed to third parties beyond this scope. In the event of winning, you agree to the publication of your first name and Instagram profile in the advertising media used by TiCad. This includes the disclosure of your Instagram profile name on TiCad's website and social media platforms.

You may at any time request information about the personal data stored about you, object to the use of your data, and request its deletion. A simple written request to TiCad or an email to info@ticad.de is sufficient for this purpose. Following withdrawal of consent, the personal data collected and stored will be deleted without delay. Further provisions regarding the handling of personal data can be found in TiCad's privacy policy at https://www.ticad.de/datenschutz/.

7. Liability

Any liability of TiCad for the existence of the technical prerequisites for timely participation in the sweepstakes or for the delivery of the prize (including continuous availability of the websites through which participation is possible, or dispatch of prizes by transport companies) is excluded. The same applies to damages caused by inaccurate content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses.

TiCad shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by TiCad or one of its vicarious agents, or through the negligent breach of obligations that are material to the achievement of the purpose of the contract. These limitations do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, and/or health, or to liability under the Product Liability Act.

TiCad accepts no liability for material or legal defects of the prize.

8. General Provisions

The sweepstakes is subject to German law.

Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. Prize claims are non-transferable.

Should any provision of these Terms of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.
