As part of our TiCad Winter Check, our experts clean, inspect, and care for your trolley with the utmost precision in the TiCad manufactory – from the drives to the swivel joints to the titanium surface.Every TiCad trolley is carefully inspected, so that it convinces once again in the coming season with the precision, reliability, and lasting value it was built for. This is how your trolley remains not only technically sound, but a dependable companion on the course for years to come.
The TiCad Winter Check runs from November 2026 to April 2027. Take advantage of the golf-free season and secure your service appointment – including the TiCad Mobility Guarantee and attractive special prices on tyres and bag-ties.
WHAT SERVICES ARE PART OF THE WINTER CHECK?
- Intensive comprehensive cleaning
- Extensive titanium surface restoral of satin-finished trolleys
- Inspection of drive shaft, wheels, wheels bearings, and free wheel
- Function test of swivel joint and swivel mechanism
- Function test, cleaning and if need be, overhaul of the KlickFix plug-in mechanism
- Frame check
- Checking of bag-straps (Zeisinge) and plastic components, replacing if needed
- Checking of brake function for all brake-endowed trolleys
- Checking of bag holders, bolt replacing if needed
- Checking of umbrella adapter, replacing if needed
- Checking of leather handle and treating with leather protection fluid
- Checking of umbrella-, score card-, and all-purpose holders, replacing of wear parts if needed
EXTENDED SERVICES PERFORMED ON ELECTRIC TROLLEYS
- Battery capacity and voltage test
- Checking of charger
- Checking of motor connections and drives
- Dismantling and readjusting of drives if needed
- Track check and straight running, rectification if needed

Your trolley went into our shop to undergo our Winter Check?
Should your trolley be sidelined midseason we will, upon request, gladly provide a no-cost rental trolley from our TiCad Service Center three days into repair. This way you can kill the wait and continue playing golf, just like you are used to! This service is part of your trolley’s Winter Check and you are only eligible for a rental trolley if all additional, recommended repairs unearthed during your Winter Check are being carried out as well.

Due to our high quality standards and the thorough inspection of each trolley, it is possible that it will remain in the TiCad factory for several weeks until the service has been fully completed. Please take this into account when sending in your trolley.
Here’s how it goes
- Order a Winter Check for your TiCad trolley by mail at service@ticad.de. Please already provide us with your complete address data including the model designation of your TiCad trolley in this mail.
- Next you will receive an e-mail from our service team providing further information and instructions.
- Please populate the service form you received along with our e-mail
- Carefully pack up your trolley in the transport box and add the fully populated service form. Have no adequate transport box for your trolley? No problem! Upon request, our service team will have a transport box to you, at no cost at all.
- Reach out to our forwarder UPS by phone (see e-mail, for contact info). Not too long after that UPS will collect the parcel at your place.
- Once received at our trolley manufacture, your consignment will be booked in and the Winter Check executed. Should we happen upon any anomalies regarding your trolley that are not part of our Winter Check, we will submit a new quote.
- Once the Winter Check is completed, your trolley will be packed up and returned to you at no cost.
