WARRANTY & GUARANTEE

Durability and reliability are core values of TiCad products. Your TiCad trolley has been carefully designed and manufactured. Replacement deliveries or repairs for warranty reasons do not result in an extension of the warranty period. Damages caused by carelessness or rough use, overloading, improper operation, external force, diving under water or influence of unauthorized persons are excluded from warranty service.  

Prerequisite for warranty service is compliance with the operating instructions, proper use and appropriate care of the trolley as well as (in case of electric trolleys) the exclusive use of the battery pack and charger supplied by TiCad. Technical changes and further developments do not result in a claim for retrofitting. The warranty period is 5 years for the titanium frame, wheels and drives, 2 years for electronic parts, in each case from the date of purchase. 

Excluded from the warranty are paint damage to wheels of all kinds as well as consumable parts such as tires, wheel bearings and leather grips. 

Loss of performance of batteries is not a production defect. Batteries are consumable items and are therefore subject to a certain amount of aging. This is influenced by factors such as use, operating and storage temperature and state of charge during storage. The aging of the rechargeable battery is shown, among other things, by an irreversible loss of capacity.
