You would like for your TiCad trolley to accompany you on courses all around the world, enjoying rounds of golf? Our golf trolleys are virtually made to be used and loved for long periods of time. To extend your trolley’s longevity we recommend making use of our inspection in regular intervals. Our trolley workshop experts can identify, pinpoint, and rectify any anomalies or defects at an early stage long before the user even notices them.
As part of the trolley inspection, the titanium trolleys, which are elaborately handcrafted, undergo an intensive global cleaning and thorough maintenance. All this is key to maintaining comfortable handling and proper functioning.

- Intensive global cleaning
- Extensive titanium surface restoral of satin-finished trolleys.
- Inspection of drive axle, wheels, wheels bearings, and free wheel
- Function test of swivel joint and swivel mechanism as a whole
- Function test, cleaning and if need be, overhaul of the KlickFix plug-in mechanism
- Frame Check
- Checking of bag-ties (Zeisinge) and plastic components, replacing if need be
- Checking of brake function for all brake-endowed trolleys
- Checking of bag holders, bolt replacing if need be
- Checking of umbrella adapter, replacing if need be
- Checking of leather handle and treating with leather protection fluid
- Checking of umbrella-, score card-, and all-purpose holders, replacing of wear parts if need be

- Battery capacity and voltage test
- Checking and, if need be, repairing of battery connection cable and connector socket

That way you the wait will feel shorter and you can continue enjoying the comfort you are used to having! This service is included in your trolley inspection and will take effect under the condition that all recommended-by-inspection repairs had been executed.

Here’s how it goes
- Order a inspection for your TiCad trolley by mail at service@ticad.de. Please already provide us with your complete address data including the model designation of your TiCad trolley in this mail.
- Next you will receive an e-mail from our service team providing further information and instructions.
- Please populate the service form you received along with our e-mail
- Carefully pack up your trolley in the transport box and add the fully populated service form. Have no adequate transport box for your trolley? No problem! Upon request, our service team will have a transport box to you, at no cost at all.
- Reach out to our forwarder UPS by phone (see e-mail, for contact info). Not too long after that UPS will collect the parcel at your place.
- Once received at our trolley manufacture, your consignment will be booked in and the inspection executed. Should we happen upon any anomalies regarding your trolley that are not part of our inspection, we will submit a new quote.
- Once the inspection is completed, your trolley will be packed up and returned to you at no cost.
