Participation Rules – Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes TiCad PRO / 25.05.26 – 03.06.26

The sweepstakes is organised by TiCad GmbH & Co KG ("TiCad"), Heegwaldstraße 3–5, 63674 Altenstadt, and Acushnet GmbH ("Titleist"), Richard-Klinger-Str. 11, 65510 Idstein. By participating in the sweepstakes, you agree to these participation rules.

1.    Prize and Eligibility

The prize consists of one TiCad PRO.

You are eligible to participate if you are at least 18 years of age and have your place of residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.

2.    Participation

You enter the sweepstakes by following the official Instagram channels of TiCad and Titleist DACH, and by liking and commenting on the sweepstakes post. Participation must take place between 25 May 2026 and 3 June 2026. Participation is free of charge. The purchase of TiCad products does not affect the chances of winning.

3.    Selection and Announcement of the Winner; Processing

One winner will be selected at random from all new entries received by the end of the participation period.

The winner will be notified by Titleist and TiCad via Instagram direct message and asked to reply with the required personal details (name, address, copy of ID), which must be provided completely, accurately, and truthfully. This information serves to confirm the dispatch of the prize.

The notified participant is required to confirm acceptance of the prize within one week of notification. If TiCad has not received such confirmation within this period, the right to claim the prize shall lapse. TiCad reserves the right to select an alternative participant by draw and notify them accordingly.

The prize trolley will be sent to the winner by post to the address provided. Delivery is free of charge. Risk passes to the winner upon handover of the prize to a carrier. TiCad is not liable for damage occurring during delivery. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxation of the prize.

4.    Exclusion

A breach of the participation rules entitles TiCad to exclude the relevant participant from participation. This applies in particular where a participant provides false information or where submitted content (e.g. comments) infringes applicable law or third-party rights. The same applies to comments that may be regarded as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing, or degrading, or that otherwise violate common standards of decency.

Should an excluded participant have already been drawn as the winner, the prize may be revoked and reclaimed retroactively.

5.    Early Termination and Amendments

TiCad reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes early, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, or to amend it during its course, if it is not possible to guarantee proper conduct of the sweepstakes for technical reasons (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram).

6.    Data Protection

Participation in the sweepstakes requires the submission of personal data. You warrant that the personal details you provide are truthful and accurate.

Personal data submitted in connection with your participation will be stored, processed, and used by TiCad, the cooperation partner, and third parties commissioned with the delivery of the prize solely for the purpose of conducting and processing the sweepstakes, and will subsequently be deleted.

Unless express consent has been given, your data will not be shared with third parties beyond this scope.

In the event of a win, you agree to the publication of your first name and Instagram profile in the advertising media used by TiCad. This includes the disclosure of your Instagram profile name on TiCad's website and its social media platforms.

You may request information about the personal data stored about you, object to the use of your data, and request its deletion at any time. A simple written request to TiCad or an email to info@ticad.de is sufficient. Following revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data will be deleted without delay. Further provisions regarding the handling of personal data can be found in TiCad's privacy policy at https://www.ticad.de/datenschutz/.

7.    Liability

Any liability of TiCad for the existence of the technical requirements for timely participation in the sweepstakes or for the dispatch of the prize (continuous availability of the websites through which participation is possible, or delivery of prizes by transport companies) is excluded. The same applies to damages caused by incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses.

TiCad is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by TiCad or one of its vicarious agents, or through the negligent breach of obligations that are essential to achieving the purpose of the agreement. These limitations do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, and/or health, or to liability under the Product Liability Act.

TiCad is not liable for material or legal defects in the prize.

8.    Instagram/Facebook Disclaimer

This sweepstakes has no connection to Instagram and/or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organised by Instagram and/or Facebook. The sole contact and responsible party is the organiser.

9.    General Provisions

The sweepstakes is subject to German law.

No legal recourse is available. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Prize claims are non-transferable.

Should any provision of these participation rules be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the applicable statutory regulations.
