Terms of delivery

Your orders will be delivered by our forwarding agencies UPS or GLS. Delivery will only be executed within Germany and Austria.

Transport fees

For consumers, shipping within Germany and Austria is free of charge for purchases made in the webshop.

Retailers can view their respective transport fees in our General Terms and Conditions.

Lead times

Unless otherwise specified delivery of goods into Germany and Austria takes 5-10 working days. Our lead times refer to the date of order acknowledgement under the condition that payment has been received beforehand.

Please be informed that no deliveries are executed on Sundays and bank holidays.
