Add the desired item to your cart. Following this, you will be able to raise your order from within the cart. Please note that Webshop orders can only be executed if placed from either Germany or Austria.

Even better. To proceed with your purchase order log into your account. Choose your preferred payment method and place your order.  

You do not yet have a customer account?

No problem. Create your customer account prior to placing your order and enjoy many benefits.

You would like to place a guest order?

At TiCad it is possible to raise guest orders without having to create an online customer account. To do this, please check the ‘Place guest order’ box when prompted to register. You will not have to create a password and need only enter the information required for your purchase order. No customer account will be set up.
All relevant information will need to be reentered when placing guest orders.
Some items in our shop are exclusively available upon request for quote. This applies to all items that are customized and tailored to your liking, thusly requiring consultation with our manufacture prior to placing your order.

You would like to individualize your TiCad trolley?

In our Webshop all vanilla-version trolley models can be added to your cart and ordered. Should you wish for your trolley to be individualized please click *request for quote*. A contact form will pop up. Please fill in the form and state the name of the desire item. Our TiCad Team will then touch base with you.

In order to set up a customer account in our system, please click *sign up* in the top-right corner of the screen and proceed by clicking *register*.

Following this, populate all required fields in the section *I am a new customer* and choose a password. You will then be prompted to re-confirm your entries. Your customer account is now set up. Every future log-in will require your password and e-mail be filled in.

From this moment on you will be profiting from countless advantages. The personal information in your customer account can be viewed and edited at any time. You will have an overview of precious orders and receive important information and updates on your current orders.
Log in to your TiCad customer account. An overview of all current orders containing the following information can be found under the section *Orders*:

  • Items ordered
  • Ship-to and billing address provided
  • Payment method chosen
  • Order amount
  • Order status
  • Delivery status*

*If your order has shipped the corresponding tracking number with which you can trace your parcel will be stated here.

Whenever there is news to report regarding your order you will receive an e-mail containing all relevant information. Should you have any questions, please contact us. We look forward to hearing you!
You would like to pay upfront?
Subsequent to the e-mail containing our order acknowledgement, you will receive another e-mail containing a down-payment invoice. Your order will be further processed once payment is received.
Please arrange for the open balance to be wired into our account stating both your customer number and the down-payment invoice number. Bank details will be provided per E-mail.


Convenient paying via PayPal?
Sure thing. If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be automatically popped through to PayPal post-order placement. You will then be able to log into your PayPal account to arrange for payment, assuming you have a PayPal account in the first place.
You are new with PayPal? In that case you can choose between using a guest account or setting up a PayPal account.
Terms of delivery
Your order will ship via one of our forwarders, namely UPS or GLS. Delivery destinations are limited to Germany and Austria.

Transport fees
Transport fees are omitted for shipments to end customers situated in Germany and Austria. Retailers can view their respective transport fees in our General Terms and Conditions.

Lead times
Unless otherwise specified delivery of goods into Germany and Austria takes 5-10 working days. Our lead times refer to the date of order acknowledgement under the condition that payment has been received beforehand. 
Please be informed that no deliveries are executed on Sundays and bank holidays.
Cancellation
Consumers have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to declare the cancellation of the contract and another 14 days to return the goods in their original packaging. We will bear the costs of the return shipment. Please contact us in this regard by e-mail to info@ticad.de. We will then send you a return label. 

Complaint
If an a item has a defect, please contact us by phone at 06047-987900 or send us an e-mail to info@ticad.de. We will then coordinate the further procedure with you.
